To be considered for Employee of the Month, the team member should consistently demonstrate:
- ✅ Complete & Timely Documentation: All timecards, daily/weekly notes, and required signatures are submitted on time without reminders.
- 🌟 Exceptional Client Feedback: Positive compliments or praise received from clients or their families.
- 💼 Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and respectful communication with both clients and coworkers.
- 🤝 Team Spirit: Willingness to help others, cover shifts, and maintain a positive attitude.
- 📈 Consistent Performance: No attendance issues, complaints, or corrective actions during the month.
The Employee of the Month will be announced on Last Thursday of The Month .
